We will be carrying out utility works as part of our work to build the railway.WPD paused work in November 2020 and will return to site in March 2021 to complete the diversion works. WPD built all but two high voltage towers in 2020 and left the site ready for work to recommence in 2021. In March 2021 the overhead line works will begin and will be diverted off the existing towers onto the underground cable section.
